Las Vegas Show – Barbra and Frank

Las Vegas show Barbara and Frank: Everybody has a personal fantasy about two incredible talents converging for an unprecedented collaboration, whether it be on the playing field, the big screen, or in this case on stage uniting two famous virtuosos with big personalities and even bigger talent.

Not only have Sharon Owens and Sebastian Anzaldo shown us the tantalizing possibilities of pairing Barbra Streisand with Frank Sinatra, they’ve also managed to put on a Las Vegas show that executes the challenging concept to wonderful effect. Las Vegas Show

“Barbra & Frank: The Concert That Never Was” opens with biographical footage of the pair and the not-so-subtle mention of “I’ve Got a Crush on You,” their only duet that actually wasn’t, recorded in separate sessions.

The Las Vegas show begins by remedying that technicality, as Barbra and Frank unite to perform Gershwin’s famous work as many feel it was meant to be sung in the first place. The evening continues by remaining true to the individuals as well as their lost mutual potential, allowing them to share the time-honored memories of their solo efforts as well as enthralling duets on such masterpieces as “The Lady is a Tramp,” and “New York, New York.”

Along the way, the Las Vegas show will feature two of the most recognized celebrity impersonators in show business bantering back and forth as if they had done this a thousand times, matching Frank’s confident and cocky demeanor up with Barbra’s nonconformity and sense of humor. It’s the combination of talent and personality that really put things over the top.

“The Concert That Never Was” is a Las Vegas show that dreams big and delivers.
