I am so thrilled to welcome Debi Kinney, DMCP on to my team as my VP of Sales & Operations! I originally met Debi when she joined the Win-Win Entertainment Board, and from my first interactions with her I was absolutely blown away by her drive, work ethic and just her ability to get things done!
Debi is an award-winning business strategist and hospitality industry expert, and a Certified Health Coach! I have a lot of big plans for the next few years, and I’m confident Debi can help me get there by helping me streamline and scale my business. And it’s clear we’re going to have a lot of fun in the process!

Debi Kinney is Vice President of Sales and Operations for Jeff Civillico, Inc. Debi brings more than twenty years of experience in hospitality sales, strategy and management to JCI. Her sustained top sales performance and award winning strategic planning talents have ideally positioned her for this leadership role. Kinney’s top recognitions include earning her DMCP in May of 2019, being named one of the Top 100 Women in Las Vegas in January 2019, and being honored as one of Las Vegas’ 40 Under 40 in March 2014.
Volunteer work and giving back are important to Kinney, and she currently is team leader for one of the top fundraising teams for the annual Vegas Walk to End Alzheimer’s and is a member of the Regional Leadership Committee for the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. In addition, Debi holds a Board position with Win-Win Entertainment, a charity dedicated to bringing smiles to the faces of children who are in the hospital. Kinney graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelors degree in Communication and a History minor. In 2000 she completed The George Washington University Event Management Certificate program, hosted at the University of San Diego.
