Our first ever Showbiz Academy took place June 14-18, and I’m pleased to report it was a great success with 29 students participating! Showbiz Academy is a unique 5-day experience in Las Vegas for high school students interested in learning about the creative and business aspects of show business from top Las Vegas entertainment professionals. This intensive master class featured private performances, keynote speeches, question & answer sessions, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops from major entertainer industry players I am so fortunate to call friends – Mac King, Jason Hewlett, Tim Gabrielson, and Darren Pitura with Vegas Theater Hub.
